You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return merchandise. Holiday returns are 30 days from Christmas Day, starting with purchases after Nov 20th. All items must be unused and in sellable condition. You may receive a refund, replacement or store credit. Items purchased from our retail stores must be returned to a retail store location. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at (929) 287-4780, Mon-Fri 12pm-5pm. You can also send us an email at Stationny@gmail.com. With a receipt, a refund can be issued for any clothing, footwear or accessories with no visual usage damage of the product. If you do not have a receipt you will be issued store credit.
Lessons:
There is a 24 hour cancelation policy. After 24 hours your deposit ill be forfeited. If within the 24 hour cancelation policy you have the choice to cancel for a full refund or reschedule for another time. ALL classes are conditions and weather permitting. If lessons are canceled by Station RBNY due to weather you have the choice of full refund or rescheduling.

Rentals:
Any rentals returned damaged are subjected to the following fees:
Broken boards = $150
Broken fins or fin boxes = $40
Dinged boards = $40
Stolen Boards $250
